How we handle demo request details.

What the form collects

The demo request form on this website asks for your full name, work email address and company or organization. Optionally, you may add your role or job title, a phone number and a short message about what you would like to discuss.

Alongside those fields we record the page the form was sent from, the time of submission, the version of this notice shown to you and a submission identifier used to avoid duplicate records if your browser retries.

How the information is used

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and to arrange a demonstration that is relevant to you. We do not add you to marketing lists or send you newsletters on the basis of a demo request.

Who can see it

Submissions are saved on the server that runs this website and sent by email to the eonScape team members who handle demo requests. The email is delivered through eonScape’s business email provider. Only those team members can see your details.

If you would like to ask about, correct or remove the details you have submitted, email murali@eonscape.ai and include the receipt reference shown after you sent the form, if you still have it.
